Research

Before we are able to advise a client effectively, we must first have an understanding of how the company and its directors are perceived by the City. So, Rawlings Financial examines the company and conducts detailed research, including a confidential SWOT survey of key City opinion formers, to gain an incisive snapshot of the client's City profile and any issues that it and/or its directors may be facing.

Analyse & create

Once we know how a business is viewed by the City, we work with the Board to build a purposeful communications strategy that addresses any issues raised by our research, works to reflect the company's aims and potential and reaches the chosen target audiences effectively.

We liaise closely with the client's Nomad and/or stockbroker throughout this process to ensure that the key messages and communications strategy we are recommending dovetail with that of the relevant sales team.

Deliver

Having identified our key messages and target audiences, we deliver those messages to both existing investors and potential new investors directly - through the client's website and annual report, as well as carefully written regulatory announcements - and indirectly, using selected media, investment analysts, fund managers and private client stockbrokers.

Good communication creates transparency and builds investor confidence. This will help your company achieve a realistic and, therefore, more sustainable share rating.
