Nick is an independent consultant, providing corporate, financial and strategic advice to small and mid cap companies, both public and private.

He was joint head of corporate finance at the investment bank Evolution Beeson Gregory. Nick has been involved in over 100 acquisitions and more than 40 IPOs.
