Sally manages all RNS announcements, annual and interim reports and other shareholder documentation, liaising with our clients, their advisers, RNS and the AIM Team.

She also helps our clients ensure that their statutory legal requirements are fulfilled.

Sally has considerable experience as an assistant company secretary with Gartland Whalley and Barker plc and its subsidiary companies.
